We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Another successful cook

Just got back from Freedon RV Center in Tucson AZ. Cooked at the 12th anual BBQ cook off with 26 teams. It was a good competition for Smoke N Frogs. 35 degrees, wind rain, and some snow fluffies. We took 19th in chicken, 8th in ribs, 4th in pork, 11th in brisket, and 5th overall.
