We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Sunny Sunday Cook...

After all of the drama of the snowstorm that wasn't... Sunday has turned out to be a beautiful brisk sunny day. This is going to be a day of prep cooks and special requests...

My wife has requested a pizza; just one, extra cheese... (picked up a pre assembled one from Wegmans)
I have 10 chicken breasts that I want to do for the week...
Hard boiling 18 eggs for the week (not really BGE related, but figured I'd throw them in here as well, they are eggs afterall)

Figure I'll do the chicken first raised direct; pull the Woo3 and add the plate setter and then crank it up to do the pizza.

Heating up the leftover brisket and beans...

All the while burning a stick and having a Double Oak (or two) enjoying the sunshine and some music...
