We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Thick Chops

Without going into gory details, I have been in the hospital for a week.  This is the first BGE cook since last Thursday.  I am on a low fiber diet, so this is a good excuse to do meat!

Marinated in Dichickos Garlic, and done raised grid at 400.  The plate you see is for my daughter, definitely no vegetable slaw for me!
