  Let me try that again. Sorry about the pic. chicken again tonight, along with some stuffed baby bells with spinach and feta. Also putting on some bacon wrapped button mushrooms that i saw from bigguy136, thanks again to all for the good reading as always.

  Dinner was great, kids loved the bacon wrapped mushrooms, (thanks bigguy136) going to have to get this new addition watching the egg in a few years. Next weekend will be my first shot at a pork shoulder (11 lb) i will have to do some reading, but fully expect a few questions coming up on prep and cook times before this this Thursday for you experts out there!
