Freezing uncooked Boston Butt help

I know it's probably better to smoke the butt then freeze but in this case I am looking for advice on freezing a raw pork butt. I do not have a vacuum sealer so what is the best way to insure all of the air is out and what should i wrap it in?

I don't worry about it. Just freeze it. I am sure your going to cook in the next few months, right?

Exactly. I don't think it will change the bark.

If you are worried, wrap in saran wrap and stick it in a ziploc. Personally, I just ziploc.
