Boneless chicken thighs stuffed with spinach, artichoke and provolone cheese then wrapped in....wait for it, bacon. Corn on the cob. Pulled the husk back and cleaned the silk out...evo, s&p then wrapped in...wait for it, bacon. Tied the husk back on and grilled over the chicken.
