Baked Bean Recipe

I want to make some good classic baked beans this weekend.  Does anyone have a recipe?  I tried the search function, but that produced a million unrelated post.

    Made this one several times with great results.  http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/boston-baked-beans/Detail.aspx

    I leave the lid off for an hour or so while the smoking chips do their work, then cover to minimize evaporation (usually add more water).  Ready when beans are soft to eat.

    Ingredients:
    1 or 2 cans Bush's Baked Beans
    1 red or yellow onion
    1 or 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

    Directions:
    In a baking pan (or disposable aluminum pan) add the can of beans with all the juice. Chop the onion as chunky or fine as you like and add it. Chop the chipotle very fine. Add as many as you like to the beans. Start with one the first time. Pour in most of the adobo sauce from the can. Stir well. Add to your smoker or indirect grill for about 2 hours. You want the beans thickening, but not paste. Stir every 30 minutes or so. Serve with your food!

    Big Moe's Peach BBQ Baked Beans are deeelicious!  Made those for my wife's birthday party last year...

    Smoked my peaches indirect instead of giving them grill marks though....cuz I had the BGE busy with ribs.
