We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Care to Share Your Best Dish Recipes?

I think that I have semi-mastered cooking various meat dishes on the egg.  Over the weekend I made some of the best baby back ribs I have ever eaten.  However, my side dishes were really disappointing.  Nothing memorable at all!  What is the point in making great brisket, pulled pork, or ribs if the rest of the meal is just so-so?

So, would any of you care to share your signature side dish recipes?  Baked beans, coleslaw, potatoes, bread, etc...  Thanks in advance for anyone's willingness to share with the group!
