Where is the best place to get one? I need one to broil steaks with at the bottom of the spider. How big do I need to go?
Also, I haven't logged in a while and checked new devices and such. Is the stoker still the way to go for a controlled overnight cook?

I have the Auber controller and really like it. Nice and simple. I ordered direct from them. Fast shipping and I think it was on sale at the time.
