This had to be the best Brisket I ever tasted. I fixed it using Travis Method it was perfect. Also, I fixed pinquito beans ( I picked these up in Santa Maria, Ca.), roasted some corn, and potato salad (the wife fixed potato salad).
Looks nice and moist, and a nice smoke ring and bark as well. I would call it a home run!

Awesome pull handles on your table, I bet that will be copied once people see it. Now that you have pictures figured out, you should do a post in the table forum I'd like to see the top part. I also like where you ran the electric almost hidden but easy to get to!
