High Hopes for my 1st Pizza Bake!

This is what I can do in my 14 year old electric oven so I hope I can surpass this once I get the required accessories.  My own sauce from San Marzano tomatoes, my own dough using high gluten flour at 70% hydration, 2.5% salt and 9% starter, basil from my back yard and fresh locally sourced mozzarella, enjoy the Superbowl :)

    Margherita pizzas are one of my favourites, crust looks great the basil is a bit wilted I will often add the basil after the pizza is baked. Gerhard
