We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Had a successful Super Bowl meal thanks to all the advice I received here. Really afraid to mention names because afraid I might miss someone. But you Probably know who you are.
Had pulled pork, corn, baked beans, cole slaw, and banana pudding. (My first banana pudding)
The turbo butt (5.8 #)
took right at 5 hours and was very good. I felt good because advice I received on temp control was right on and I felt in total control of the temp and what I wanted I got.
