Nice Saturday dinner on he BGE: Peking duck, friend rice, fruit salad and nice bottle of Bordeaux. Turned out great...just wish I had more leftover for lunch tomorrow. Will do two ducks next time.
@black_badger - I adapted a recipe from the BBQ Bible for Peking Duck. I washed and dried the duck and let it air dry in the refrigerator overnight. Rubbed duck with dark sesame oil, Chinese five spice, salt and pepper. Cooked indirect at 350-375 grate until 165 internal, pulled and let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
