Parsley Sauce...any ideas?

We have a Ton of parsley at the moment, has anyone got a good parsley sauce recipe to use as a steak sauce? I'm thinking parsley, olive oil, roasted garlic...

    This might work:

     Sauce, Chimichurri, Marinade, Boatman
     
     
    Here's mine. I always have a jar of this made in the fridge.
     
    INGREDIENTS:  
    1   bunch Italian Parsley  
    12   cloves garlic coarsely chopped  
    4 Tbs    lemon juice  
    1 Tbs    red pepper flakes  
     
    2 tsp    kosher salt  
    1 tsp    ground cumin  
    1 tsp    dries oregano  
    1 cup    EVOO  
     
    Procedure:
    1 Pick off parsley leaves and toss them into a processor or blender. Should be about a packed cup. Add garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, cumin and oregano. Add EVOO and blend.
