 I was having a hard time getting a replacement base from my dealer.

Called head office and spoke first ,with Michelle and then Debbie.

Both provided top notch service and I picked up the base today at the warehouse.

    Glad you were able to get the service you needed, I'm sure that living in the TO area makes it much easier for you. The real issue is why was it so difficult from the dealer? 

    I feel sorry for many of the dealers here in the greater Vancouver area, driving to the US is just too easy. The US dealers are very helpful and happy to see us, they know they are dealing with a 30-40% price difference. Warranty, is easy, just return the part to the States. 

    Again, glad the folks at Northwind were able to help. 


    Legally, it's questionable; Morally, it's disgusting; Personally, I like it.
