BGE Pizza Peel on XL??

Does anyone use the BGE peel?  I've yet to make a pizza but the peel looks a bit small in comparison to the XL stone.  I'm assuming the pizza can only be as big as the peel so why would M, L, & XL all use the same one?  Thanks

  • I have the XL with the XL pizza stone. I use a "standard" size peel. I've never made a pie as big as the XL stone.

  • I had one, and yes, it is too small.

I got one from American Metalcraft.

  • I can't honestly speak for the BGE peel. Mine is also from American Metal Craft. My pies are usually around 12-15"
