<p />Plan was to put these packages into 400 degree egg for 2 hours so as to leave plenty of hot tub and beer time while everything cooks. Onion and squash a little on the firm side. Maybe I should try direct on raised grid and everything would cook better? Anybody else have experience with this all in one method?

    Charbon,
You could possibly nuke anything that comes out un-done for a few seconds before you put them in the stack. When I fry/roast potatoes and squash and onions together in the Egg in a frypan, I parboil the potatoes for 8 minutes and the put everything together in a bowl, ready for the frypan.[p]TNW
