Surf & Turf

Cooked a surf & turf dinner last night. This was the first seafood I had attempted on the egg and it turned out very tasty. The "turf" was tri-tip steaks cooked like filets. This is my second time doing tri-tips and they have been awesome! The "surf" was stuffed shrimp and spiny lobster tails from Africa - purchased at a local seafood shop. Oh yeah, there were some baked potatos as well but those got overlooked when the plates were full.

Thanks! The stuffing was made from crabmeat. The seafood market made that too so I don't know whatelse but it was delish.

Thanks Mike![p]No website (that I know of) I'll call tomorrow and find out if they ship. In case your interested, the name is Savannah Seafood Market in Sugar Hill, GA. They just opened their doors about a month ago. Phone 770-614-6720 Hrs Mon-Sat 10am-7pm. The lobster tails were $5 a peice and the stuffed shrimp 75 cents a peice. Seemed like a good deal to me.
