Its been a week...

....since I came down with the flu.  This is the first BGE cook since last Friday.

Turkey burger and veggies.  I was worried the burger would stick, because it was very wet and loose, but it cooked just fine like a hamburger.

Done direct, raised at 400 for 7 minutes a side.  Very juicy while still well done. 

I had some bbq sauce on mine.

    Welcome back!! Glad you are feeling better.

    I gotta run, I didn't get a flu shot and I don't use anti-virus software on my Mac. Probably shouldn't hang around this thread very long. ;)

    Looks good, Doc. I had the flu a week too. I went from 212lbs to 200lbs. Rough week.

    Looks good from here.  I top my turkey burgers with extra sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced granny smith apples and cranberry sauce with some brown grainy mustard mixed in.
