Missed the weigh-in yesterday but I'm down 12.4 pounds since weigh in. Pretty happy so far, packing my lunch and eating breakfast have been the biggest help I think. I'm motivated and have signed up to run a 5k on 3/16 so now I have something to train for.

I had to hit the road early yesterday am so i didn't weigh in. I worked out 5 days last week and skipped a happy hour at work to run last night. 3 people asked what I was doing to lose weight so that felt good. Nonidea what I weight today but I look and feel better. I'll weight in tomorrow and post it.
Yea I think the best feeling of weight loss is the feeling of your clothes being looser. I am thinking of doing a 5k myself. I have done one before and I really enjoyed it (surprisingly).
nice work to everyone.. not participating in this competition but i am down about 13lbs in just under 3 weeks- it will be 3 weeks on thursday. didnt hit the treadmill or do any exercise for that matter until last night for the first time in this time period.
now that i got the food intake dialed in- time to start working out :)
I lost 5 pounds after week one and stalled. This past week was a rough one. The kids weren't sleeping well and I found myself not getting up in the mornings to work out. Back on the workout train this week. I also signed up to run a 10K in April. This is even more motivation to get in shape. Now it is out of necessity.
seem to be in a stall, just a half pound this week, hoping its from a higher intake of salt. 204. i said no exercise til im under 200, maybe my brain heard that and is saying no way :))
Down to 265.2 this morning, I've dropped 16.8 pounds. I was fortunate enough to have a bad sinus infection over the weekend so I didn't feel like Eggin' anything so I dropped weight. My training for a 5k of 3/16 starts this evening.

Down to 201 this week. Only 1 lb but made a lot of progress stepping up my runs on the treadmill. I'm fighting the fat loss with muscle gain, but that's OK with me. Down 8.5 total I think.
