We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Anybody for some baked beans (pics)

After smoking 2 small pork shoulders overnight (11 hrs.). I pulled them and made baked beans from scratch. They are hitting the spot. A few changes for next time and I think I may have something. I will let everyone know the ingredients when I can. I am eating these straight from the grill I can't wait to taste them tomorow when they have really come into it.
