We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Hot Egg, Cold Plate Setter - bad idea?

I'd like to grill some chicken breast direct on the egg and then do some pizza later while the egg is still hot.  Do I run the risk of cracking the plate setter if I place it over an already hot fire?
