Any notions on cook time on a stuffed pork loin, indirect at 350? Couldn't find an answer searching. Thanks.

Like LS says, depends on what is in it, and the diameter of the cross section. The length is not so important. I'm thinking that <2 hours will do it provided it is in the 4"-5" diameter range.

If the "stuffing" requires a 160 temp, it might be a bit longer.

Check out this link for a great recipe (pork roulade) and the cook time is very accurate-

http://www.bubbatim.com/Pork_Cooks.php  Use a few variations of the basics here and it is always a winner.

I would go with LC's method above. It's great

@henapple - nothing in that stuffing that would require a higher heat, so you would be good to go with <90 minutes, 60-70 to get to 145 internal and then 20 to rest.
