We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! OT onion rings

My wife came up with a sweet recipe for onions rings. The batter wasn't as thick as a lot of other recipes. It actually was lightly drudged in the batter. That way we didn't fill up on the batter.They were deep fried for about 3-4 minutes. They went perfect with our burgers that were done on the egg. Sorry no pics of the burgers, but they did happen.
