We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. OT onion rings

My wife came up with a sweet recipe for onions rings. The batter wasn't as thick as a lot of other recipes. It actually was lightly drudged in the batter. That way we didn't fill up on the batter.They were deep fried for about 3-4 minutes. They went perfect with our burgers that were done on the egg. Sorry no pics of the burgers, but they did happen.
