We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Well thanks to Kristi of Necessary Indulgences who put a little twist into the recipe. I cut the peppers in half and used cream cheese, a minced garlic clove, and some S&P. The added ingredient was shrimp. And then wrapped them in good old bacon. Thanks for the inspiration Kristi. I changed it up a bit and went with two shrimp. We had  left over burgers, but did the ABT's fresh tonight. We loved the shrimp, nice flavour. You really should try it. 270* indirect for about 90 minutes.. They turned out perfect. Should have made a few more.
