Thawed frozen meatballs

Options
I thawed some frozen meatballs with the intent of making moink balls about a week ago, but never got around to the cook.  The meat has been in the refrigerator the entire time, no quick thaw process.  Anyone see any reason I can't use them tonight in a spaghetti sauce?
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I would do the smell test and if they pass run one thru the microwave and then the taste test.

These frozen meatballs were cooked or raw?  If they are cooked and your fridge works the way it is suppose to it should be o.k. but if they were raw they need to be tossed.
