Riblets, Spatchcock, and Grilled Fruit

Finally some sun and warmer temps in Birmingham.  Did some Rib tips 300 indirect, Spatchcock Chicken 300 Raised Direct, and some grilled Pineapple and Mango direct at 450 brushed with cinnamon and brown sugar butter.  All came out great!

Oh, I don't have an AR or Swing Rack yet, so I raised the grid with 3 baked bean cans with some rocks in them to hold them on the fire ring.   They had some kind of liner in the can, so to be safe I burned it off in the chiminea.  Worked great!
