Quarters

Leg quarters, that is.  Done raised grid at 400.  10 minutes bottom down, 10 minutes top down, and about 15 minutes bottom down until the internal was in the upper 170s.

Served with sweet potato and steamed broccoli.

A decent meal that is on the plan.

    Nice...
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
  • Looks good Doc!  I buy quarters every once in a while, but I usually cut them.  If I eat them uncut caveman style, my shirt gets the worst of it.

Flint, Michigan.  If the lead bullets don't kill you, the leaded water will.

Nice... Honestly. I was hoping you were taking about the drinking game ;)
Now I will have to look that up, I suppose it does not involve chicken.
