Three level rib cook on Rig Extender question

Options
I have Tom's extender and haven't used it yet.

Planning a three-level (six) rib cook next weekend

I know it's not cool to open during the cook but you are supposed to rotate the grids.

Anyone know how often you should rotate?

Can you get away with not rotating?

How long and at what temp are you cooking? If doing a low and slow just break it up into thirds of the time you are cooking. if cooking higher then 300 degrees, I wouldn't recommend a three tier cook and would find a rib rack and do them all at one level.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Low and slow. Aiming for 275. Thanks.
