Meat,.......on a steeek

Whatever beef you have hanging around.  This was "London Broil".  Marinate overnight in teriyaki.  Cook 400 down low, for 5 minutes.  Don't bother turning.

Had this with a sweet potato.

    Don't overcook them or they will be tough.  Good bed of coals at 400, 5 minutes with dome closed and they should be done.
