Decade long egger first cook on CyberQ

I know my dome thermometer is accurate. I have a brisket on raised grid with plate setter and drip pan under. My thermometer is on the raised grate and it has read all day around 230 f while the dome has read approx 375f. They are only six to eight inches apart. Any thoughts? Thanks
