some lemon garlic chicken and some pan fried tomatoes with mint, didnt like the tomatoes was hoping for some browning, might try a dusting of rice flour on the next batch
this was lunch today, creole pork sirloin, thought there was two, didnt like the idea of doubling up the veggies. pork sirloins were marinated in a portuguese marinade of white wine, vinegar and garlic, then fried with a heavey dose creole seasoning, ive been reallying adding the flavors heavey lately to help make up with the smaller portions
