Brined Pork Chops

I love the way a brine brings out the flavor of the meat. I have done it for Turkey and Chicken so far and like what it does to the meat.

A suggestion only. Pull those chops about 30 deg sooner. Pull at 135 and the will hit 140/145 during the rest. They are fine at that temp.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
