We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! BACON!!!

After seeing a couple of posts on here about making your own bacon, I decided to give it a shot.  Did two types, Maple Bourbon and '3' Pepper Bacon, and they turned out fantastic.  I'll never buy bacon again, especially with how cheap and easy this is.  Little pic heavy but enjoy!
