We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Cod for Lunch

The spouse bought these, I don't think I've ever cooked cod.

Done indirect at 350 for 15 minutes.  Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian spices.  Squeezed a lime over it.

Served with the wife's vegetable salsa.

Will do again to mix up our fish cooks.
