Cod for Lunch

The spouse bought these, I don't think I've ever cooked cod.

Done indirect at 350 for 15 minutes.  Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian spices.  Squeezed a lime over it.

Served with the wife's vegetable salsa.

Will do again to mix up our fish cooks.

    A steel platter I got from either Sur la Table or maybe Williams Sonoma; I don't remember which.
