We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Kabob Ideas?

Cooking steak and chicken Kabobs tonight for the first time on the egg. How do ya'll do them? Direct or Indirect? What temp? I used to cook them direct on a gasser but had to keep turning them so the meat wouldnt burn on one side. Its a pain when you are trying to maintain a certain temp.
