    This is how I do my deep dish pizzas. In a skillet at 500 degrees,.

    a link to the photos

    the first pie was a roasted pineapple and habenero sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and yard bird,

    the second canadian bacon, tomato, and mushroom

    the first one the egg was at closer to 475 than 425, probably could have pulled it 3 or 4 min earlier, still delicious, the second was spot on at 425 for 35
