We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Migas with homemade Chorizo

For the first time, I made my own chorizo, using the Homesick Texan's recipe (thanks AE)
Click here.  It was far less greasy and much more tasty than the store bought chorizo.  That is a keeper recipe.

Then, I used it in Migas, which I don't have a recipe for.  I just add the amounts of eggs, chorizo, bell pepper, onion, tomato, and corn tortillas that I feel like.  Then, wrap it in a flour tortilla and put salsa on top.   Yumm.

Migas.  I didn't do it all on the Egg, like the corn tortillas and the flour tortillas.  I did them on the stove.
