Once Again Grilled Romaine

What a fantastic salad!!! Second time trying it today. Probably better this time as I added grilled chicken and feta cheese as well. Great discovery. I will continue to do this for a very long time. Healthy too.

    Interesting, did you just put the big romaine leaves on the grid? My family loves salad.

    I usually get the whole heads of romaine, then split them down the middle lengthwise and brush with a bit of olive oil and then a little salt and pepper, and then grill.
