My First Long Smoke

I just got the BGE for Christmas as I've been wanting one for awhile. Just did my first long smoke the other week--some pulled pork. Did 16 hours on the BGE, and did 2 more hours in the oven since all the lump burned out. I'm not really a fan of pulled pork, but it was on sale, I'm working up to a brisket and it turned out fantastic. Actually need to go to the store to buy some more meat since I enjoyed it so much. Appreciate all the other threads on here because they've been great to read.
