What are you egging for tonights BCS Championship?
Either pizza or wings. Something on the MINI as my large is still at my parents and I'll just be cooking for one anyway. Maybe the flour tortilla pizzas that @Mickey is always talking about.
i am making pulled beef. i have not made it in a very long time. plus steamed broccoli, some red wine schrooms and maybe some yellow rice

Neighbor killed some duck Saturday. Doing duck with a bourbon glaze (he found recipe online. He is providing meat, so I'll do it how he wants) and I'm doing some wings.
Canceled wing idea. Still doing duck but adding in baked nachos on the egg. Ha went to buy wings and while heading to season aisle saw jar of pickled jalapeños. That one jar changed my dinner plans. Only wish I had leftover pulled pork to use. Instead I'm using ground turkey (don't like ground beef on nachos/tacos)
Those all sound really good. I'm headed to store soon. Couple rib eyes, maybe some bacon wrapped scallops? Those nachos sound really good too. And having gone to many Auburn games and being an SEC fan. I also must agree with @ NecessaryIndulg and pull for Alabama. However, no matter how much money I win off them tonight, I'll still never say R**L
I'm cooking some fresh organic beets, salad, and a piece of Angus sirloin. BEETS? well you guys got me all Jazzed up with this healthy eating thing. Maybe I'll add some bacon and the beets to the salad. Hmm....maybe some blue cheese too...

Well my plans changed. I'm sitting in emergency room. My 3 year old is back in surgery. He was playing with neighbors dog, same dog he has played with nearly 3 years, who attacked his face. And my phone is about to die, no charger, and he will be back couple hours they said.
okay, will try to post the pics later tonight. I did the baked ravioli and garlic hot wings. Ravioli was a huge hit, but I thought they were a little overcooked. I hit the Ravioli with the Thermopen and they were 185. Was shooting for 165. Put them directly on the oval griddle and they crisped up nicely. Had a small cast iron pot with marinara warming up on egg as well. Dusted them with parmesan and they were eaten almost before I could snap a pic. The wings..... probably my best sauce I have ever made. Had a minor issue as I got distracted by my 6 month old son's bath and forgot about the wings for a bit. Partly burned, but amazing how forgiving the egg is. Still moist and as good as always. Overall a success,

Where's the dislike button? Hope he gets better soon.
