Quick steak question

I'm out of kosher salt. Will fine sea salt work? Bought three 2" steaks Choice from whole foods. Since total 4# at $17/lb don't want to screw up.

Should be OK, but Kosher Salt is chunkier so you may need to use less of the fine salt.

Yes it will work but use less it's harder to judge amounts.

Fine looking steaks your going to have some good eats tonight, but I would think at 17.00 a # the butcher could have trimed of some of taht fat.
