National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well. Chicken Breast and leftovers

God Bless America---

Last evening's cook was at an outdoor temp of 21* F, Chicken breast with evoo, Butt Rub and Montreal Steak.  450* for 2-3 min, flip, repeat then shut off air.  Chicken breast, leftover greenbean casserole, leftover corn casserole, cranberry jello salad and lemon merangue pie (this was appetizer and dessert)

  • Alton, it seems like I do chicken, pork chops and steak all about the same.  Cook for a time, flip for the same time then turn off air for about the same time.
