We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Huatulco, Oaxaca end of year catch, what to do?

This is the last catch of 2012, a bit on the small side, but we were very hungry.

We did half of the fish at the hotel on the grill, it was good!

What suggestions do you have for the egg? Low on wood planks or sear on the grill?
