We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Forgot to burp - should know better

Heated up the Egg for a quick burger cook, and it was at 550 after about 20 minutes.  Opened her up to throw on the burgers without thinking and had a huge flashback.  No more hair on my left hand.  Afterward, opened the vents up for a quick 5 minute grease burn off and for the first time had a nice blue flame coming out the top.  Looked like an upside down rocket.
It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.
