We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! First cook with my new Egg

Wife got it  for me for Christmas. My first cook is a 7.5 lb shoulder (Pics to come) I rigged up a PID with the pit viper to control temp, seems to be working great. Cooking at 285 dome. By the way how do I display the pics from Photobucket.
