We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First Pizza

Finally got a pizza stone and a plate setter for Christmas, so no more messing with the fire bricks for the indirect cooks.  After recruiting the child labor,  the pizza was assembled. Kept it basic with pepperoni, onions, cheese and left over slices of new york strip.  The kiddos had a blast, and with the exception of a little to much dough it turned out great. Will be adding to the standard rotation of cooks.
