Rib Roast and Pudding

Options
Beef rib roast.  Weighed 8 pounds and cost $50 bucks.  Won't be doing that too often, besides it is the last meal and the first meal for 2012/2013.  Back on the program tomorrow.

Cooked raised grid at 500 direct for 15 minutes on the LBGE then transferred to to the XL for indirect at 350 until the internal was 135.  Rested for about 15 minutes.

The spouse made Yorkshire Pudding for the first time in our 31 years of marriage, and I added some steamed beans.
